What we do with what you send us
This Privacy Policy covers what the enquiry form and the investor form collect, who handles it, and how to have our copy deleted.
What this site collects
This website collects information when you submit the enquiry form or the investor form. On the enquiry form, your name, email address and message are required; your phone number and property address are optional. On the investor form, your email address is required; your first name, your last name, how much and how quickly you are looking to invest, as you type them, and anything further you add are optional. When you submit either form, the endpoint that receives it also uses your IP address to limit how many submissions can be sent in an hour, to prevent abuse. That count is held in memory only. Each form also sends how long you took to fill it in, measured in your browser. We use it only to decide whether a submission was made by an automated program, and it is not included in the email we receive.
What happens to it
We use an email service, Resend, to deliver both forms to us in the same way, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Their own handling of your enquiry or registration is governed by their policies, and it may be stored outside Australia. We read enquiries and registrations in our mailbox. They are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing, and they are not added to a marketing list.
Submissions that look automated
A submission from either form that looks as though it was made by an automated program is discarded without notice, and the form will still tell the sender it was sent. If you wrote to us and have not heard back, email us directly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and registrations are kept in our email for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started. On request, we will delete our copy.
